Etsy, Inc. is hiring Senior and Staff Machine Learning Engineers to join the Search and Discovery teams: Search Ads, Recommendations Ranking, and Search Retrieval.

You will build user‑centered ML systems for a two‑sided marketplace with 90+ million buyers, 6+ million sellers, and hundreds of millions of listings. You’ll own models end‑to‑end—from data pipelines through training, evaluation, production serving, and A/B experiments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record applying ML to IR, ranking, or recommender systems.
• Experience deploying models in production environments.
• Strong software engineering and communication skills.

Responsibilities
