Capital One is seeking experienced Machine Learning Engineers to deliver scalable ML models and software within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work across Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Data Science teams to drive AI transformations in financial services.

You’ll lead major ML initiatives, optimize data pipelines, and deploy production-grade ML solutions on cloud platforms with Kubernetes, using Python, Java, Golang, and GoLang for building robust systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, Golang, or C++.
• Extensive ML experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Experience deploying ML models in production on cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing with Kubernetes.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems (Spark, Ray).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities for mentoring teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver ML models and software components solving business problems in financial services.
• Drive creation and evolution of ML models and software for intelligent systems.
• Lead large-scale ML initiatives with customer focus.
• Leverage cloud architectures to deliver optimized ML models at scale.
• Optimize data pipelines to feed ML models.
• Work with Python, Scala, Java, and GoLang; leverage Dask and RAPIDS.
