Nebius is seeking senior- and staff-level ML engineers to advance robotic intelligence through large-scale models, multimodal sensing, and model-based control. You will prototype in simulation, validate on real robots, and collaborate with research, infrastructure, and engineering teams to translate findings into practical robotics deployments.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in reinforcement learning, imitation learning, or multimodal modeling.
• Experience training large, distributed models across multiple compute nodes.
• Strong software engineering practices and Python proficiency.
• Familiarity with robotics simulators and real-world robotic systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across research and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate large ML models for robotic agents.
• Develop vision-language-action architectures linking perception to control.
• Advance reinforcement and imitation learning for robotics tasks.
• Incorporate demonstrations, teleoperation data, and simulation trajectories into models.
• Validate methods in simulation and real-world robotic platforms.
