Job summary

CloudX is building an AI-native supply-side advertising platform with an early-stage startup culture. We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to replace manual knobs with ML-driven systems and to maximize LTV for publishers through intelligent floor pricing and bidder ordering.

You will own ML model design, training, deployment, and online evaluation, collaborate with product and publishers, and help grow the ML discipline across backend and infra teams while maintaining fast iteration

Qualifications

• Shipped ML into a production request path.
• Owned offline-to-online feature parity problems.
• Ran real experiments measuring revenue impact.
• Comfortable reading production service code in non-Python languages.
• Hands-on, end-to-end ML project ownership.
• Strong written communication across engineers and non-engineers.
• Startup mindset with grit and rigor when shipping.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and ship ML models powering revenue optimization.
• Own full lifecycle from features to production deployment and online evaluation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor ML engineers as the team grows.
