Roblox is seeking a highly skilled researcher to design and implement large-scale recommendation systems powering discovery across experiences, avatars, and creator content.

You will develop deep learning models for ranking, retrieval, and personalization, using multimodal approaches, LLMs, and generative AI. Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to move ideas from lab to production at scale.

Qualifications

• PhD in computer science or related field aligned to Roblox research areas.
• Proven expertise in recommender systems, search or information retrieval.
• Experience designing scalable personalization systems using advanced attention.
• Strong research track record with publications in top venues.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Go, or Java.
