Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in ML teams.
• 8+ years of experience building machine learning systems.
• Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring senior ML engineers and technical leaders.
• Deep knowledge of SoTA ML architecture and algorithms.
• Ability to drive technical strategy and roadmap in ambiguous environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing ML engineering team with a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Establish a long-term strategic framework for home page ML models.
• Collaborate with ML platform, data science, and product teams to deliver SoTA models.
• Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of ML solutions.
• Mentor team members and provide career development guidance.
• Manage cross-functional projects and report progress to leadership.
