Responsibilities

• Build scalable recommendation systems for real-time ranking of millions of jobs and jobseekers.
• Prototype and deploy ML models; run A/B experiments to measure impact.
• Mentor engineers and scientists within the team.
• Break down ML initiatives into deliverable pieces providing incremental value.
• Represent Indeed at ML conferences and events.
