Job summary

SeatGeek is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to productionize scalable ML systems for ticket discovery, pricing, personalization, demand forecasting, and fraud prevention. You will embed with product teams and partner with data scientists, PMs, and engineers to deliver reliable, real-time ML services.

You’ll design and deploy ML infrastructure, feature stores, and model serving, with strong Python, cloud, and containerization skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering with at least 2+ years focused on machine learning systems and MLOps.
• Strong programming in Python with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Understanding of both batch and real-time ML systems, model serving, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and systems that operate reliably at scale in production.
• Build and maintain ML infrastructure including feature stores, model serving platforms, and real-time inference pipelines.
• Embed on a product engineering team and collaborate with data scientists, PMs, and software engineers to productionize research.
• Solve real-time pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and fraud detection challenges in a ticketing context.
• Develop automated ML pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring using MLOps best practices.
