Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Senior ML Engineer for Moloco NEXT, focusing on CTR/CVR prediction in a real-time bidding environment. You will own modeling, evaluation, feature pipelines, and online experiments, driving measurable improvements in ad performance.

You’ll hunt for new data signals, design fast offline-online loops, and build tooling to automate experiment debugging. Collaboration with data and pipeline teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5 years of machine learning experience in production environments.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Experience working on large-scale prediction/decisioning systems (CTR/CVR, ranking, personalization).
• Experience writing Python code.
• Bonus: experience using LLMs as agents or feature extractors.

Responsibilities

• Own production CTR/CVR prediction model end-to-end, including modeling, eval, feature pipelines, online experiments, and post-launch ops.
• Identify new data sources and signals to improve model performance.
• Design offline evaluation, ship to online A/B, and iterate with quick feedback.
• Build tooling for experiment debugging and signal discovery.
• Set technical direction for NEXT and collaborate with data/pipeline teams.
• Handle data-quality instrumentation and robust feature pipelines.
