Job summary

Moloco NEXT, Moloco's performance advertising platform, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own CTR/CVR prediction models in a real-time bidding system.

You will design offline evaluation, ship experiments to online, and iterate quickly by logging signals, building features, and aligning with data and pipeline teams. Our environment rewards rigor, ownership, and impact across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of shipping production-grade ML models.
• Experience with data analysis and feature logging.
• Experience with large-scale prediction/decisioning systems (CTR/CVR).
• Proficient in Python programming.

Responsibilities

• Own production CTR/CVR prediction models end-to-end.
• Design offline evaluation and online A/B tests.
• Improve signals by data ingestion and feature engineering.
• Build tooling for experiment debugging and signal discovery.
• Set NEXT's technical direction with data/pipeline teams.
