Job summary

Moloco NEXT is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own CTR/CVR prediction models in a real-time bidding system. You will drive end-to-end model development, evaluation, and deployment to production.

Lead feature engineering, signal hunting, offline/online evaluation, and tooling for experiment debugging while collaborating with data and pipeline teams. 5+ years of ML experience required; Python proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of machine learning experience with production-grade models.
• Experience with data analysis and large-scale prediction/decisioning systems.
• Proficient in Python; comfortable operating under ambiguity.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs as agents for evaluation or signal discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own production CTR/CVR prediction models end-to-end in NEXT.
• Design offline evaluation, ship to online A/B, and iterate quickly.
• Identify new data sources, signals, and features to improve models.
• Build tooling for experiment debugging and signal discovery.
• Collaborate with data and pipeline teams to align signals and goals.
