Job summary

Nexxen International is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join the DSP Software Development group. You will collaborate with data scientists to build real-time performance optimization infrastructure and ML solutions, crafting implementations for ML technologies and data-driven algorithms.

You will develop high-performance services for DSP integrations, drive AI innovations for ad scoring and ranking, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience at leading technology companies.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects with ownership.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques (Neural Networks, ONNX).
• Expertise in Java, Python, and Scala.
• Experience with data processing tech stack (Spark, MapReduce).
• Experience with large-scale ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Ability to collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, large-scale services for Nexxen DSP integrations and platform products.
• Apply AI/ML to real-time ad scoring and bid optimization.
• Develop scalable data analysis and model development processes.
• Build end-to-end algorithms from production rollout to optimization.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineering, product, and program teams.
• Troubleshoot production and customer issues.
• Work in an Agile, fast-paced environment.
