Job summary

Collectors, a leading technology innovator for collectors, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build applied ML systems from prototype to production.

You will work across computer vision, multimodal data, and agentic AI workflows, partnering with product, engineering, and domain experts to ship scalable ML solutions that impact graders, researchers, and collectors worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ML, AI, or related software engineering field.
• Hands-on experience shipping ML systems in production.
• Strong Python and ML tooling proficiency.
• Experience in computer vision, multimodal modeling, or LLM-based systems.
• Ability to define evaluation methodologies and data-driven decisions.
• Capability to design scalable, maintainable systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy end-to-end ML systems for AI/ML initiatives.
• Own projects from framing to launch and monitoring.
• Develop production-grade CV, multimodal, and agentic pipelines.
• Build data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, feedback loops.
• Collaborate with annotation, ops, product, and domain experts.
• Translate findings into technical recommendations; balance trade-offs.
• Contribute code, docs, and participate in design/code reviews.
