Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Application & Machine Learning Engineer to build models, agents and optimization for pricing, packs and promotions across global markets. You will ship production ML, enable RAG and agentic workflows, and own production lifecycle with strong security and governance.

You will collaborate with product managers, data engineers and business leaders, delivering auditable, executable AI solutions that inform senior decision-makers inside Microsoft

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software, application or machine learning engineering or data science, including 3+ years delivering ML/AI in production.
• Python at production quality: you write code that others ship and maintain.
• Applied ML on very large datasets: model development, deployment and MLOps.
• 1–2 years of demonstrable prompt engineering with production apps.
• At least one agent built and shipped on LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK or Azure AI Agent Service.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production ML, optimization and forecasting models on Databricks and Azure.
• Design and deliver generative AI and agentic solutions for teams in Teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to translate questions into models and agents.
• Own production solutions: evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management, with security and governance.
• Define engineering patterns (CI/CD, testing, observability) to enable faster, safer delivery.
