Jobgether is seeking a seasoned machine learning engineer to shape personalized content discovery on an AI-driven consumer platform. You will own recommendation, search, and ranking systems and translate behavioral data into meaningful product improvements that delight users.

Responsibilities include building and optimizing recommendation and search across feeds and discovery pages, owning retrieval and ranking pipelines, and designing experiments to improve model quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience building production ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with recommendation or search systems for consumer-facing apps.
• Strong expertise in ranking and retrieval techniques including two-tower models and embeddings.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize recommendation and search systems across feeds, discovery pages, and search experiences.
• Own retrieval and ranking pipelines, including candidate generation and online serving performance.
• Design and analyze end-to-end experiments to improve model quality and product outcomes.
