Profound, an AI marketing platform, seeks an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and ship large-scale NLP and LLM systems. You will own end-to-end workflows from data to deployment, partner with product and engineering, and turn real conversations into production features that drive visibility, engagement, and conversion.

• Proven experience shipping machine learning systems in production at scale with large text data.
• Hands-on work building LLM content systems including prompting, templating, retrieval or RAG, guardrails, and evaluations.
• Fluency in SQL and strong Python skills with modern ML tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy NLP models at scale for classification, ranking, clustering, topic discovery, and summarization.
• Design end-to-end LLM workflows for context and content generation, including briefs and drafts.
• Develop prompt libraries and templates across blogs, pages, ads, with evidence-grounded generation and citations.
• Create evaluation Frameworks for factuality, coverage, tone, safety, and originality with human-in-the-loop review.
• Instrument content performance and run experiments to improve quality, cost, and latency.
• Transform large text datasets into production features driving product insights.
• Collaborate with engineering to instrument events, maintain data quality and observability.
• Partner with product, data, and GTM teams on success metrics and experiments.
