Entrata is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Utah to advance AI capabilities across property management products. You will fine-tune foundation models, build scalable data pipelines, and deploy robust AI systems to production.

The role focuses on adapting models for enterprise use cases, creating evaluation benchmarks, and collaborating with product and data teams to deliver AI-powered Entrata features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning, adapting, or deploying LLMs.
• Proficiency with Python and PyTorch or similar frameworks.
• Experience building ML data pipelines, training workflows, and evaluation systems.
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with modern LLM tooling and inference frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and model performance tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and adapt large language models for Entrata-specific use cases.
• Build scalable data preparation, curation, filtering, and synthetic data pipelines.
• Develop agentic AI systems that can reason across multi-step workflows and use tools.
• Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for model quality, safety, and performance.
• Optimize model inference, serving, and deployment for cost and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to integrate AI features.
• Help establish best practices for model experimentation, fine-tuning, and deployment.
