Job summary

Entrata, a global leader in AI-driven property management technology, is hiring for advanced AI software engineering roles. You will build autonomous AI systems, optimize models for performance, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.

The role emphasizes experimentation, safety, and alignment with business goals. Ideal candidates have strong Python and AWS experience, plus a track record in deploying AI applications and maintaining high-reliability

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of core software development experience.
• 1 to 2 years of operational experience.
• 3 or more years of experience building AI solutions.
• Strong Python proficiency and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong AWS experience across ECS or EC2, SageMaker, Bedrock, and Lambda.
• Experience with RAG, agentic workflows, LangGraph, prompt tuning, and evaluation.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic AI systems that operate autonomously or semi autonomously, including goal driven agents capable of planning, learning, and adapting safely over time.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Research, design, and deliver AI applications and algorithms that solve complex business problems.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure quality, safety, and alignment with business requirements.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to scope, build, and integrate AI solutions.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to extract insights that inform AI development.
• Stay current on AI research and identify opportunities to apply new technologies to Entrata products.
