Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, ML, or related field.
• 6+ years of industry experience in ML solutions development and production deployment.
• Strong OOP, design patterns, efficient algorithms and software quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and productionize ML solutions in Document understanding, Search and QnA, GenAI, Virtual Agents, etc.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python for AI-driven applications.
• Design and implement APIs for seamless integration with AI models and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders as ML SME.
• Manage end-to-end ML model lifecycle: problem definition, data exploration, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and QA processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models, integration, deployment and backends.
• Implement telemetry, A/B testing and statistical validation to ensure model effectiveness.
• Document and communicate development processes, designs, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security.
