Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS, ML, or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of industry experience with ML solutions development and production deployment.
• Strong Python and ML library experience (PyTorch).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and productionize ML solutions for NLP, QnA, GenAI, and RAG-based systems.
• Develop backend services using Python for AI-driven applications.
• Build APIs for seamless integration with AI models.
• Scale retrieval/search infrastructure for RAG systems.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers as ML specialist.
• Manage ML model lifecycle from data exploration to deployment.
• Ensure security/compliance of healthcare data (HIPAA).
