Unity is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for the Vector Ads Modeling team in Mountain View, CA. You will advance ads recommendation models using real-time user data to deliver personalized experiences and measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to productionize research, design scalable experiments, and apply state-of-the-art ML/DL methods to improve targeting and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience applying state-of-the-art ML/DL to real-world problems, especially in user behavior modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch and deep learning frameworks.
• Understanding of metric design and large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Understand Unity ads business including product offering, advertisers goals, and ads serving funnel.
• Drive foundational research for new models and paradigms.
• Leverage rich user data and large-scale compute to validate models rapidly.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionalize research.
