Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional ML experience in industry.
• Hands-on model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong ML fundamentals: feature engineering, eval, generalization.
• Fluent in Python; SQL for data handling; familiar with PyTorch/Scikit‑learn.
• Experience leading ML projects end-to-end with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to design experiments and measure production impact.

Responsibilities

• Investigate fraud patterns and model errors to improve signals.
• Develop training datasets and predictive features for fraud.
• Train and tune models with gradient-boosted trees and neural nets.
• Design experiments to compare features and models across time.
• Build data pipelines for reproducible ML experiments.
• Deploy models in collaboration with ML Infra and Engineering.
• Lead ML projects from exploration to release with stakeholders.
