Mimecast North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to lead the analytics team in a hybrid role based in Lexington, MA. You will own the analytics roadmap, oversee projects from business questions to insights, and influence senior stakeholders with clear, executive-ready visuals.

You’ll guide the team on dbt, SQL, and dashboard development in Tableau/Power BI, ensuring trusted data and scalable models. Bachelor's in a quantitative field is required; Python is a plus.

• Lead analytics function and mentor analysts.
• Own analytics roadmap and prioritize by business value.
• Experience in SaaS with ARR, churn, retention.
• Expert SQL skills for complex queries.
• Build and govern executive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.
• Design and govern dbt models and data warehouse concepts.
• Use Git-based version control and coding standards.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Python is a plus.
