KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Santa Monica, CA to join the segmentation data science team on a contract basis. You will design and deploy ML models for content classification and segmentation, leveraging Python, pandas, SQL, and Spark to build scalable data products that inform decisions for millions of viewers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of ML production experience.
• Strong Python proficiency with hands-on pandas and scikit-learn for data prep.
• Experience with multi-class and/or multi-label classification and NLP.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical ML solutions and document results.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML classifiers for content classification and segmentation.
• Prepare datasets with Python, pandas, SQL, Spark; build feature pipelines.
• Train, evaluate, and tune models using cross-validation and hyperparameter optimization.
