Job summary

Responsibilities include prototyping, testing, and validating ML models, staying abreast of relevant literature, and guiding software infrastructure and DevOps for ML initiatives. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related Science or Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and/or computer vision. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of computer vision and ML algorithms for detection, classification, localization and tracking of objects from various sensor platforms.
• Stay current with academic literature, commercial products, and open source projects to keep solutions cutting edge.
• Advise on software infrastructure and DevOps to support ML needs.
• Implement ML algorithms and validate designs through experiments.
• Analyze ML models, diagnose errors, and design improvement strategies.
• Select datasets and data representations; supervise data acquisition if required.
• Coordinate resources and team activities to meet deadlines; interact with other teams.
