Job summary

Information Technology Senior Management Forum is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join an Agile team focused on productionizing ML applications at scale. You will design, implement, and optimize ML models and data pipelines, collaborating with Product and Data Science teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Expect to work on cloud-based architectures, monitoring, and governance to ensure responsible AI practices while using Python/Scala/Java across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience programming with Python, Scala, or Java (Internship experience not counted).
• 3+ years designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
• 2+ years on-the-job experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Dask, Spark, or TensorFlow).
• 1 year of experience productionizing, monitoring, and maintaining models.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver ML models and components with Product and Data Science teams.
• Inform ML infrastructure decisions including model/data/feature selection and validation.
• Write and test application code, develop and validate ML models, automate tests and deployment.
• Collaborate in an Agile cross-functional team to enable big data and ML apps.
• Retrain, maintain, and monitor models in production.
• Leverage cloud architectures to deliver ML models at scale.
• Construct data pipelines to feed ML models.
• Pursue CI/CD with test automation and monitoring for deployments.
• Ensure code quality, governance and Responsible AI practices.
• Use Python, Scala, or Java for development.
