AZX is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to build the AI models and underlying tools powering our work with utility clients. You will create reusable ML libraries and the engine that makes them possible, including a fast building‑energy simulation engine and tools for real‑time grid data.

You will own the grid-data toolkits, validation methodologies, and the publishing path for crates and packages, contributing to an open-source ethos and open collaboration with field teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the reusable utility ML libraries (forecasting, disaggregation, demand response, detection, and asset health) with evaluation harnesses and docs.
• Build validated libraries that deploy as proven components across client pods, reducing reinventing per engagement.
• Own the simulation engine (Rust crates and Python bindings), with validation against reference oracle and performance.
• Own the grid-data toolkits: protocol codecs, synthetic scenario generators, and meter data verification utilities.
