Job summary

Sword Health is seeking an experienced engineer to own the design, delivery, and improvement of our AI agents and LLM-powered products. You will integrate new models, build benchmarks, and own real-time observability of the agent stack.

You will also ship backend support behind agents, and shape AI practices, mentoring teammates, and raising review standards across the team. Fluency in English and Greek is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and running production software.
• Working understanding of how LLMs are architected and behave.
• Solid experience in SQL, Python and event-driven design.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features and their observability.
• Experience designing evals.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (ideally GCP).
• Experience leading and owning complex and ambiguous projects from ideation to completion/maintenance.
• Experience providing technical oversight and mentoring colleagues.
• Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in Greek and English, at a proficient level.
