Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a senior Machine Learning Engineer for a Worcester, MA hybrid role focused on turning emerging AI capabilities into secure, scalable features for enterprise software.

You will work across the applied AI stack—from model experimentation to production integration—covering generative AI, LLM apps, retrieval, and agent-based systems that help users navigate complex information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years software development or 8+ years with PhD and related background.
• Strong Python development skills and production ML experience.
• Experience with AWS and container orchestration such as Kubernetes.
• Exposure to legal tech, enterprise search, or information-dense domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design, implementation, testing, and delivery of ML features.
• Build AI-powered capabilities for research, summarization, discovery, and decision making.
• Architect distributed ML services for enterprise product ecosystems.
• Develop and connect retrieval pipelines, model services, agent frameworks, and APIs.
• Partner with security, data, application teams to meet performance, privacy, and scale.
