Q2 is a leading provider of digital banking and lending solutions. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and deliver production-ready AI solutions, develop tools, APIs, and backend services, and help shape the future of our AI platform.

You will work across the stack, prototype ideas, and turn innovation into real customer value alongside a team that values creativity, ownership, continuous learning, and shipping great products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional software/ML/AI engineering experience with production ownership.
• Strong Python and backend/API development skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, and deployment (Kubernetes/Docker/MLOps).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver production-ready AI capabilities and services.
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and data integrations for AI-powered products.
• Improve AI infrastructure: evaluation frameworks, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and testing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and platform teams across the stack.
