Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join the AIDR Engineering Team. You will build and optimize data pipelines and models for high-throughput LLM inferencing, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to enable enterprise AI applications.

Lead end-to-end ML engineering, focus on scalable architectures, and continuously improve performance, reliability, and security across GPU-cluster deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering supporting advanced data science use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and computational architectures.
• Knowledge of scalability and distributed systems concepts such as sharding, partitioning, and concurrency.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ML engineering workflow for high-throughput, low-latency inference.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and models for enterprise AI applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security of AI systems and data pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
