AWS Cloud & AI Innovation team is seeking a Senior ML Engineer in Seattle to tackle complex engineering challenges that hinder customers adopting AI at scale. You will own end-to-end architecture, prototyping, and production-ready solutions in multi-agent AI, optimization, and data layers.

The role combines strong software engineering with machine learning expertise, mentoring others, and shaping reusable solutions for customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one programming language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous, high-impact engineering problems end-to-end.
• Prototype and productionize reusable solutions for customer-facing engagements.
• Lead architecture discussions and mentor team members.
