Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in design or architecture of scalable systems.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related experience.
• 1+ years designing and developing large-scale multi-tiered distributed software applications and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Engineering/Math.
• Experience programming with at least one software language.

Responsibilities

• Transform research code into robust, scalable production systems with cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end deployment at scale of Generative AI and ML methods.
• Establish scalable, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, validation and serving.
• Research and implement innovative approaches for efficient model deployment, training, and optimization.
• Document processes for technical and non-technical audiences and share best practices.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in recruiting top talent.
