Unity Technologies' Unity Vector represents the next generation of our AI-powered advertising ecosystem. We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Vector Ads Modeling team to advance ads recommendation algorithms and deliver personalized ads experiences.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionalize research, leverage large-scale data and compute, and drive end-to-end impact across the ads funnel. Strong Python and PyTorch skills are required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models for user behavior problems.
• Strong understanding of metric design and large-scale data analysis.
• Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end and deliver measurable business results.
