Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer in Redmond, WA onsite for a 12‑month engagement. You will develop ML/CV systems for egocentric human behavior understanding in AR/VR, tackling gaze direction, head orientation and speaker identification in challenging environments.

Adapt state‑of‑the‑art models from research, open source and internal frameworks; build multi‑view geometry, tracking and localization for rapid R&D; deploy algorithms on wearable devices such

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ML/CV
• Experience with deep learning approaches
• Proficient in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong Python programming
• C++ experience is a plus
• Model training and evaluation expertise
• End-to-end ML prototyping experience
• Implementing CV algorithms
• Ability to work independently and across teams

Responsibilities

• Develop ML/CV systems for egocentric human behavior understanding in AR/VR.
• Address gaze direction, head orientation and speaker identification in challenging environments.
• Adapt state-of-the-art models from literature, open source and internal frameworks.
• Build multi-view geometry, tracking and localization frameworks for rapid R&D.
• Develop end-to-end proof-of-concept systems and deploy on wearable devices like smart glasses.
• Code primarily in Python/PyTorch, with limited C++, and leverage AI-native tools for rapid iteration.
