Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Mixed Signal Validation System Architect to lead the technical vision for semiconductor validation with NI tools and PXI hardware. You will guide customers and internal teams on future system needs, assess feasibility, and influence roadmaps for digital standards and DUT validation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience developing, automating or architecting test systems in a verification or validation laboratory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deep working knowledge of NI modular instruments and their implications on system architecture to influence NI roadmap decisions.
• Strong software background focused on instrumentation control and data analysis, with hands‑on experience in LabVIEW, Python, C#, Instrument Studio, TestStand and NI drivers.
• Advises business and R&D on technical trade‑off decisions and can influence based on technical facts.
