Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino, California, is seeking an exceptional candidate for its hardware modeling and verification team. You will model and verify Analog/RF/Mixed-Signal blocks and SOCs using SystemVerilog to create behavioral models, testbenches, and tests.

You will build interfaces with pre-silicon validation teams, run test plans, and contribute to emulation-ready models, fostering collaboration across teams at Apple.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of industry experience.
• Hands-on experience in Mixed-Signal Verification and Real Numbered Modeling.
• Knowledge of wireless technologies (WiFi, BT, UWB) or radio systems.
• Knowledge of analog circuits (PLLs, LDOs, Bandgap, ADC/DAC).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, simulation-efficient analog behavioral models for Analog/RF blocks in SystemVerilog.
• Build and reuse monitors and checkers for RF, Mixed-Signal and Digital blocks.
• Debug failures, fix testbench/model/checker issues and manage bug tracking.
• Write scripts to automate flow and improve Mixed-Signal verification methodology.
• Develop models that are emulation ready.
