Job summary

Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in engineering with progressive experience.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Experience in hardware/software integration across mechanical, electrical and software domains.

Responsibilities

Lead diverse engineering teams to meet critical program milestones and budgets.
Represent programs to external customers and stakeholders with consistent messaging.
Develop plans, estimates, and schedules for system-level programs.
Perform system analysis, trade studies, and generate technical data packages.
Lead SRR/PDR/CDR activities and participate in reviews with customers.
Support mission architecture implementations and designs for GA-ASI UAS.
Advance Open Architectures, AI, cybersecurity and HMI topics.
Support development of business objectives and COCO efforts.
