Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Security experience.
• Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and in-scope background investigation.
• CDSE FSO of Processing Facilities certification.
• Experience with NISP, DoD SAP, SCI programs.
• Independent self-starter with proactive and professional attitude.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation skills with senior leadership.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Leads the overall Mission Applications Security program.
• Facility management of the Aurora and King of Prussia sites.
• Ensures continued security compliance IAW all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations, contractual obligations, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Oversees the MA Personnel Security program.
• Facilitates MA with compliance-based solutions that keep the BU effective and compliant.
• Spearheads collaboration for MA facilities with sites to ensure Security & Facilities is tracking.
• Manages the compliance and operational ability of all classified areas of their designated site(s).
• Directs the Security & Education program for MA personnel.
• Reporting actual or potential Insider Threat situations to the ITPSO.
