ARKA Group L.P. seeks an experienced Program Security Manager/FSO to lead the Mission Applications Security program and oversee Aurora, CO and King of Prussia, PA sites.

The role requires managing security compliance, personnel security, and collaboration with MA and IT teams to maintain secure, mission-ready facilities. The position demands a TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance, DoD/SCI program knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, and security expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Security experience
• Current TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
• CDSE FSO Certification
• Experience with security databases (SC, DISS, NISS)
• Familiar with NISP/DoD SAP/SCI programs
• Independent, proactive self-starter
• Strong oral and written communication
• Interfacing with customers and IT on security matters
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation skills to leadership
• Ability to obtain/maintain security access

Responsibilities

• Leads the overall Mission Applications Security program
• Facility management of the Aurora & King of Prussia sites
• Ensures continued security compliance IAW local, state and federal laws and contract requirements
• Oversees the MA Personnel Security program
• Facilitates MA with compliance-based solutions to keep the BU effective and compliant
• Spearheads collaboration for MA facilities with sites to ensure Security & Facilities is tracking
• Manages the compliance and operational ability of all classified areas of their designated site(s)
• Directs the Security & Education program for MA personnel
• Reporting actual or potential Insider Threat situations to the ARKA ITPSO
