Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Mission Operations Engineer for Army Intelligence missions at the Aberdeen Proving Ground area. You will orchestrate deployment of Anduril products, train users, and ensure high performance of systems in customer environments.

You will drive programmatic and business strategies to expand technology adoption within Army Intelligence, working with PMs and acquisition leaders to foresee opportunities for Anduril’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in defense technology and Army intelligence workflows.
• Strong program management and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel 25–50% and hold an active SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and programmatic interface with the Army Intelligence community at APG.
• Develop understanding of Army Intelligence workflows and feed insights into product roadmaps.
• Understand connected systems and shape integration approaches.
• Design and execute programmatic and business approaches to expand deployment across portfolios.
• Provide hands-on operational and integration support in lab environments and field tests.
• Design and implement user feedback loops to prioritize requirements and hurdles.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineering teams to align with open architecture standards.
