Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, is seeking a Project Manager to support our mission at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM.

You will plan, direct, and oversee contract performance for mission-support operations, interfacing with the customer and leadership; you will manage staffing, schedule, cost, risk, quality, deliverables, and subcontractor coordination to meet contractual requirements safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 8 years of experience including 3 years leading technical or mission-support teams.
• Required TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day activities for a moderately complex project.
• Oversees administrative/operational leadership within program guidelines.
• Monitors scope, schedule, and budget to ensure definition and maintenance.
• Coordinates between resource managers and ensures necessary reviews and approvals.
• May conduct performance analyses for future projects and missions.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees with personnel decision authority.
• Administers policies, evaluates results, and assists with budgets and strategic plans.

Education

Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
