Job summary

KBR, soon to spin off its Mission Technology Solutions into Trinzic, seeks a Desk Officer for an on-site role in Virginia. Candidates must hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph and bring 10+ years of intelligence operations experience to lead high-impact projects and coordinate cross-agency support.

You will craft memos, deliver briefings to senior leadership, manage the flow of intelligence reports, mentor juniors, and ensure compliance with procedures while maintaining continuous intelligence watch.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with a Polygraph security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills under pressure.
• Proficient in customer computer and network applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive Mission Success on high-impact projects shaping strategic outcomes.
• Craft memos, conduct file reviews, manage requests, and prepare briefings for senior leadership.
• Oversee the flow of intelligence reports and ensure timely dissemination to stakeholders.
• Coordinate intelligence sharing across agencies and partners.
• Maintain continuous intelligence watch and stay aligned with key components and partner organizations.
• Mentor junior professionals and lead teams as needed.
• Apply expertise in intelligence operations to inform decisions and drive excellence.
