The Operations Advisor role is based on-site in the Virginia area, requiring a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and a strong track record in intelligence operations and policy support.

Qualifications

• Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Training in foundations of operational tradecraft via classroom training, practical exercises, and on-the-job experience.
• Strong briefing and writing skills and ability to work with teams or independently with minimal supervision.
• Regional and/or functional geographic expertise.
• Prior operational experience in supporting operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

• Spotting, assessing, and developing individuals with access to information vital to US foreign policy and national security decision makers.
• Adept at building relationships based on rapport and trust using sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to assess character and motivation.
• Addressing a diverse and dynamic set of intelligence requirements on country-, region-specific, and technical issues.
