Job summary

KBR is seeking a Desk Officer to support the National Security Solutions team, delivering high-end engineering and intelligence operations to protect national security. This role emphasizes leadership, rigorous analysis, and cross-agency collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Based in McLean, VA with on-site work, you will drive mission success by coordinating memos, briefings, and critical documents, overseeing intelligence reports, and mentoring junior professionals while staying current

Qualifications

Security clearance TS/SCI with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Excellent oral and written communication; ability to work under pressure.
Proficient with standard computer and network applications.

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact projects leveraging customer operations to drive strategic outcomes.
Prepare memos, file reviews, and manage requests using the customer database; brief senior leadership.
Oversee the flow of intelligence reports and timely dissemination to stakeholders.
Coordinate intelligence sharing across agencies and partners.
Maintain a continuous intelligence watch and stay aligned with key components.
Stay current on evolving technologies and subject matter to inform operations.
Mentor junior professionals and step into leadership roles when needed.
Apply expertise in intelligence operations to inform decisions and drive excellence.
