KBR is seeking a senior engineer to support OUSW R&E, delivering advanced technical expertise, strategic analysis, and engineering leadership for DoW modernization initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate warfighting capabilities and accelerate technology transitions to programs of record.

The role requires controlling a broad set of C5ISRT domains and reporting through high-level briefings and written analyses to DoD leadership.

Formación

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in defense/space domains.
• Solid knowledge of current and future airborne and space ISR systems.
• Experience leading complex engineering and systems analysis for DoW/IC.
• Executive presence with strong briefing and written-report skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide subject-matter expertise in warfighting technologies for MEIA.
• Deliver technical assessments and analyses to address joint warfighting gaps.
• Inform capability requirements development and validation in TMTR processes.
• Guide mission engineering studies, prototypes, experimentation, and wargaming.
• Collaborate with Service, Joint Staff, and OSD to transition tech to programs of record.
• Prepare and deliver reports and briefings to Senior DoD leadership.
