KBR’s Mission Engineering Division seeks a Senior Acquisition Analyst to support the DoN’s OPNAV at the Pentagon. You’ll apply DoW acquisition and program management expertise and contribute to planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of C-UxS initiatives.

Interaction with DON and Joint Staff stakeholders is expected. Responsibilities include leading program reviews, coordinating actions for underperforming projects, preparing executive summaries, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of related work experience.
• Active Secret level security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with OPNAV N4 military and civilian leads and execute their guidance.
• Maintain situational awareness of current and developing threats and C-UxS solutions and follow DoW SOPs and policies.
• Follow applicable DoW acquisition and program management procedures and policies.
• Coordinate and lead regular program management reviews of active RDT&E projects to develop C-UxS solutions.
• Coordinate and lead corrective actions for underperforming projects.
• Coordinate and lead annual reviews of proposals for RDT&E projects to develop C-UxS materiel solutions.
• Identify acquisition COAs for new RDT&E proposals and staff them through approval.
• Coordinate with the DON Resource Management team for accurate reporting of project budget execution.

Bachelor’s Degree (STEM or business) or equivalent experience
