Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead a portfolio of mission-critical building automation projects. This remote role focuses on governance, financial oversight, and delivering safety and quality standards across projects.

You will mentor project managers, drive workforce planning, and partner with Sales, Legal, and Operations to manage budgets, risk, and change orders. Heavy travel across Indiana and Midwest regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years of experience in project/program management, controls, commissioning, field operations, or operations leadership.
• 3+ years leading large, complex programs with financial responsibility and multi-stakeholder governance.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Clean and valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required to support project sites and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior executive oversight for a portfolio of mission-critical projects and/or programs, establishing governance and delivery standards.
• Own portfolio-level financial performance including revenue, gross margin, and cash flow; manage budgets and forecasts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and senior staff; build a high-performing leadership bench.
• Champion safety, quality, and risk management across engineering, installation, and turnover activities.
