Job summary

Shawmut Design and Construction, a 100% employee-owned company with national recognition, seeks a Project Executive – Mission Critical to lead large, complex data center programs from $100M to $500M+. You will drive client strategy, project execution, and financial performance while building high-performing teams.

You will oversee budgets, scheduling, risk management, safety, and compliance, while maintaining executive-level client relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction management experience.
• 5+ years in mission-critical/data center projects.
• Proven track record leading $100M–$500M+ programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project strategy, execution, and performance from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, scheduling, forecasting, and contract compliance.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide senior leadership to project managers and field teams.
