Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services, LLC is seeking an Enlisted Senior Trainer (EST) to support the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program. This full-time exempt role serves as the principal training advisor to Army National Guard commanders and senior noncommissioned officers, developing mentorship and Mission Command proficiency.

The EST coordinates training requests, applies doctrine across Warfighting Functions, and guides live, virtual, constructive and gaming domain training; it also helps

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Two years of exercise planning experience using the JELC process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates training requests and reviews IAW the Training Unit Commander's intent and ARNG guidance.
• Acts as SME on doctrine and procedures across Warfighting Functions in the Operations Process.
• Advises and coordinates training development for live, virtual, constructive, and gaming domains.
• Supports event training design and execution using the MCTSP Joint Event Life Cycle.
• Mentors and teaches training management to units and staff.
• Assists in planning annual operator training programs with tracking tools.
